摘要
近年来,生酮饮食作为一种饮食干预疗法受到了广泛关注,其机制是模拟机体的饥饿状态,通过生酮作用诱导机体营养性酮症代谢状态,从而对疾病发挥治疗的作用。然而,限制碳水化合物的摄取可能影响机体甲状腺激素水平,诱导甲状腺功能异常。在这篇综述中,我们介绍了生酮饮食对甲状腺功能的影响及其可能的机制。此外,本综述还探讨了生酮饮食在桥本甲状腺炎、甲状腺结节及甲状腺癌的辅助治疗中可能的作用,为甲状腺疾病患者的饮食方案提供了新思路。然而,生酮饮食对机体的长期影响及其安全性仍存在争议。因此,生酮饮食的实际应用应在严格的医疗及营养监督下进行。
Ketogenic diet(KD),as a dietary intervention therapy,has been concerned greatly in recent years.The mechanism of KD is mimicking a state of starvation,which induces a metabolic state of nutritional ketosis through ketogenesis,and playing a role in treatment of diseases.However,carbohydrate restriction may affect thyroid hormone status and then cause thyroid dysfunction.In this review,we present the effects of the KD on thyroid function and its possible mechanisms.Futhermore,we also explore the potencial role of the KD in adjuvant therapy of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis,thyroid nodule and thyroid carcinoma,which brings new direction for the dietary regimen of patients with thyroid diseases.Nevertheless,there is ongoing debate over the long-term effects and safety of KD.Therefore,the practical applications of this dietary should be followed under strict medical and nutritional supervision.
