超长深埋高地应力TBM隧道修建关键技术 被引量:29

摘要 我国西部地区基础设施建设相对滞后。随着新时代的发展,西部地区铁路、公路和水利等基础设施建设进入一个快速发展阶段,隧道工程是其重要的选项;但西部地区大多处于青藏高原,山高谷深,隧道工程将会具有明显的超长、深埋的特点;同时该区域地质构造活跃,其水平地应力相对其他区域均偏高,隧道工程具有高地应力的特点。通过对类似TBM工程的研究与实践,阐述了超长深埋高地应力TBM隧道的主要问题,从隧道解重构行为特征出发,分析了典型的四类不良地质对TBM施工的影响,提出了相应的TBM选型要求、TBM针对性设计、掘进参数控制、支护技术方法等;以色季拉山隧道为例,深度分析了该隧道TBM选型的相关问题,以及该隧道TBM针对性设计要点;最后提出了开展超长深埋高地应力TBM隧道修建智能技术研究的建议。 Western China relatively lags behind in infrastructure construction.However,with the development of the new era,the construction of such infrastructure as railways,highways,water conservancy facilities in this area will enter a stage of rapid development.Among them,tunnel engineering is an important option.Given most of the western regions in China being located on the Qinghai—Tibet Plateau,with high mountains and deep valleys,tunnels in these regions will be obviously super-long and deep-buried.In addition,as these regions are featured by an active geological structure and higher horizontal geostress than other regions,the tunnels will be featured by high geostress.This paper expounded the main issues of super-long deep-buried TBM tunnels with high geostress based on the study and practice of similar TBM projects.It analyzed the influence of four kinds of typical unfavorable geology on TBM construction from the characteristics of tunnel deconstruction and reconstruction,and put forward the requirements of type selection of TBM,targeted design of TBM,tunneling parameter control,support technology and methods.Then,a case study of Segrila Mountain Tunnel was given to analyze the relevant issues about the TBM type selection of this tunnel and the key points of the targeted design of TBM for this tunnel.Finally,the paper provided suggestions to study the intelligent technology for the construction of super-long deep-buried TBM tunnels with high geostress.
