摘要
无料钟炉顶能准确地布出满足高炉生产要求的料面形状,料流调节阀是无料钟炉顶精确调节布料速度的唯一手段,它与布料溜槽共同控制和保持矿料合理、均匀地对高炉进行布料。料流调节阀的开度值和开口形状直接影响高炉布料的合理性与均匀性。通过介绍平行双阀板料流调节阀的结构特点、工作原理,并针对DN800料流调节阀的传动机构进行分析研究,得出左右阀板的转角关系式和阀板开口计算式,从而更有效地监测阀板转角,控制阀板开口,更好地进行布料。
The bell-less top can accurately distribute the material surface shape to meet the production requirements of the blast furnace. The material flow control valve is the only means to accurately adjust the distribution speed of bell-less top furnace, which can control and realize a reasonable and equality of the blast furnace charging together with the distribution chute. The opening value and opening shape directly affect the rationality and uniformity of blast furnace distribution. This paper introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of parallel double disc material flow regulating valve, analyzes and studies the transmission mechanism of DN800 material flow regulating valve, and obtains the angle relationship between left and right valve plates and the calculation formula of valve plate opening, so as to monitor the valve plate angle more effectively, control the valve plate opening and distribute materials better.
