摘要
糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症是临床常见合并病,两者具有代谢性功能异常的相似表现,并相互影响促进病程进展。以古代文献和现代研究为理论基础,作者从五脏入手,对糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症进行辨治探讨,认为其病位在五脏,可分而治之,也可多脏同治,从肝论治重在疏肝理气,清肝火柔肝阴;从脾论治重在健脾益气,顾护后天之本;从肾论治重在滋补肾阴,调和阴阳;从心论治重在养阴清心、补气安神;从肺论治重在培补肺气,滋阴清热,五脏均需重视痰、瘀互患,以期为临床治疗合并病提供从脏腑论治的新思路。
Diabetes with hyperthyroidism is a common clinical comorbidity,and the two have similar manifestations of metabolic dysfunction,and they influence each other to promote the progression of the disease.Based on ancient literature and modern research,the author starts with Five Viscera to discusses the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes with hyperthyroidism,and with a view to provide a new way of treating comorbid diseases from the perspective of viscera.It is believed that the disease is located in Five Viscera,which can be divided and treated,or multiple Five Viscera can be treated at the same time.Treating from the liver is focused on soothing the liver and regulating Qi,clearing the fire and softening the liver yin;treating from the spleen is focused on invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi,caring for the foundation of the acquired nature;treating from the kidney is focused on nourishing the kidney yin,reconciling yin and yang;treating from the heart,the emphasis is on nourishing yin,clearing the heart,replenishing Qi and soothing the nerves;treating the lung from the perspective of replenishing lung Qi,nourishing yin and clearing away heat,and need to pay attention to the mutual trouble of phlegm and blood stasis of Five Viscera.
