摘要
卡尺测量过程的测量施力会产生测量误差,从而影响测量精度。本文对卡尺各机构环节在测量力作用下的变形关系进行了分析,推导出测量力产生测量误差的理论计算式,并应用有限元法进行分析。讨论了测量力、各测量参数和测量工件对测量误差的影响,以及对测量力的控制要求,同时给出了测量方式和卡尺结构尺寸的改进方法。
Measuring pressure produces measuring error and takes the effects on callipers measurement accuracy.Analysis is carried out in deformation of organizations by impact of measure pressure,the calculation modes of measuring error because of measuring pressure are deduced,also the finite element method is used in analysis.The relationship between measuring pressure,measured parameters and measurement parts affecting on measuring error are discussed,also control requirements of measuring pressure are proposed.And improvement methods in measurement modes and callipers structure sizes are given out simultaneously.
