1例多学科联合治疗老年消化道大出血并发急性心肌梗死合并室壁瘤病人的护理

摘要 总结1例老年消化道大出血并发急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)合并室壁瘤病人的护理措施。护理要点包括组建多学科医疗与护理团队、消化道大出血及AMI相关病情监测、循序渐进的心功能康复与加强营养支持等。经过多学科团队的精心治疗与护理,病人生命体征平稳,恢复良好,左下肢麻木明显好转,于术后62 d能借助助行器行走72 m左右。
