TiZrNbSnMo高熵记忆合金的组织与超弹性

Microstructure and Superelasticity of TiZrNbSnMo High Entropy Memory Alloy

摘要 采用真空电弧熔炼技术制备了TiZrNbSnMo高熵记忆合金,通过XRD、SEM、循环压缩等手段研究了合金成分对其组织、力学性能与超弹性的影响。结果表明,随着合金中Nb元素逐渐替代Sn,高熵记忆合金的组织、力学性能与超弹性等发生显著变化。Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(15)Sn_(10)Mo_(5)合金主要组织为马氏体α″,在室温下强度、硬度较高,塑性较差,最大可回复应变为4.5%,弹性回复约占80%。Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(17.5)Sn_(7.5)Mo_(5)合金主要组织为β-Ti,在室温下强度、硬度较低,塑性较好,最大可回复应变为2.7%,超弹性回复约占30%。Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(20)Sn_(5)Mo_(5)合金为β-Ti与细小马氏体α″的混合组织,具有较好的室温超弹性,最大可回复应变达到5%,超弹性应变约占40%。 TiZrNbSnMo high entropy memory alloys were prepared by vacuum arc melting,and the effects of alloy composition on the microstructure,mechanical properties and superelasticity were investigated by XRD,SEM and cyclic compression.The results indicate that with the gradual substitution of Nb in the composition for Sn,the microstructure,mechanical properties and superelasticity of high entropy memory alloy are changed significantly.The main structure of Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(15)Sn_(10)Mo_(5) alloy is martensiteα″,which exhibits higher strength,hardness and poor plasticity at room temperature.The maximum recoverable strain is 4.5%,and the elastic recovery accounts for about 80%.The main microstructure of Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(17.5)Sn_(7.5)Mo_(5) alloy isβ-Ti,which exhibits low strength,hardness and desirable plasticity at room temperature.The maximum recoverable strain is 2.7%,and the superelasticity recovery accounts for about 30%.Ti_(35)Zr_(35)Nb_(20)Sn_(5)Mo_(5) alloy is composed of a mixed structure of fine martensiteα″andβ-Ti,which exhibits the optimal superelasticity at room temperature.The maximum recoverable strain reaches 5%,and the superelasticity strain accounts for about 40%.
