摘要
为了加强野生黄栀子资源的保护与利用,促进黄栀子产业的健康发展,从湖南、湖北不同地方收集13份野生黄栀子资源进行了农艺性状比较和主要性状的相关性分析。结果表明:13份野生黄栀子资源的株型、叶片性状、开花数、结果数、果实性状等主要农艺性状差异明显;黄栀子资源4号的综合性状优于其他资源,其秋季复花量最多,春季开花量较多,而且其株型松散,果型大,果色好,综合观赏性能优,用途广,是用于观赏的好材料;黄栀子资源13号的株型紧凑,叶质硬小,叶色深,是做造型和绿篱的良好材料;黄栀子资源1、2、4、6、8、9号的秋季复花量多,株型高大,可作为四季观花的优良材料;黄栀子资源1、2、11号的果色红,果型较大,适合做观果色的植物栽培;黄栀子资源12号的春季开花量最多,是单季观花的好材料;野生黄栀子资源的果实产量主要由单果鲜重和单株果数构成,单果鲜重与果实纵径、冠幅分别呈极显著正相关和显著正相关,单株果数又与单株鲜果重、春季开花量呈极显著正相关,与株高、叶长和冠幅呈显著正相关;选育单株果数多、果实纵径大、冠幅大、春季开花量多的优良品种,对实现黄栀子高效栽培管理意义重大。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization and protection of wild yellow gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides) resources,and to promote the healthy development of yellow gardenia industry,the authors have collected 13 wild yellow gardenia resources from Hunan and Hubei for the comparison and correlation analysis of major agronomic traits.The results showed that there were significant differences in plant type,leaf character,flowering numbers,fruiting numbers,and fruit features among the 13 resources.With loose crown type,big fruit and pretty fruit color,wild yellow gardenia resource No.4 is superior to the others in comprehensive properties;it blooms flourishingly in spring,and has the maximum reflowering numbers in autumn in contrast to the others;being of excellent ornamental values and wide uses,it is the optimal ornamental resource in yellow gardenia.Resource No.13 is of a compact plant type with small and dark-green leaves in hard-texture,which is a good material for modelling and hedge.In a tall plant type,No.1,2,4,6,8 and 9 reflower abundantly in autumn,which can be four-season flowering varieties.At the same time,No.1,2,and 11 are suitable for ornamental fruit varieties due to their red and big fruit.No.12 blooms the most in spring,which is a good one-season flowering variety.The fruit yield of wild yellow gardenia resources mainly depends on fresh weight per fruit and fruit numbers per plant.The fresh weight per fruit is extremely significantly positively correlated with fruit longitudinal diameter and is significantly positively correlated with crown width.The fruit numbers per plant is extremely significantly positively correlated with fresh fruit weight per plant and spring flowering quantity,and is significantly positively correlated with plant height,leaf length and crown width.It is of great significance to select excellent varieties with more fruit numbers per plant,large fruit longitudinal diameter,large crown width and more spring flowering quantity for realizing the efficient cultivation and management of yellow gardenia.
