摘要
“十四五”时期是我国由工业大国向工业强国跃进的攻坚期,制造业创新能力提升是确保我国跻身世界级制造强国的重要支撑。把握时代契机,通过数字经济“鼎新革故”赋能产业创新是制造业高质量发展的必然选择。在数字经济背景下,价值创造和分配的逻辑发生改变,数据作为新生产要素打破边际递减规律,生产模块化激发架构创新。这些变化从要素、价值、技术、资源全方位为数字经济赋能制造业创新提供新思路。数字经济赋能制造业产业创新的基础路径包括数据要素驱动、底层技术推动、新型商业模式和产业组织变革带动以及跨产业联动等;数字经济赋能制造业产业创新的具体路径包括以优化区域布局弥合“数字鸿沟”以及以行业选择破除“卡脖子”技术封锁。
During the “14 th Five-Year Plan”,China is developing from the large industrial country to the powerful industrial country.The improvement of innovation is an important support to ensure our country to become world-class manufacturing power.Grasping the opportunity is an inevitable choice for the high quality development of manufacturing.Under the digital economy,the value creation and distribution logic have been changed.Data has been used as a new production factor to break the marginal decline.Production modularization is initiated in the architecture innovation.It provides new ideas for digital economy,including features,value,technology and resources.The basic path of digital economy enpowering manufacturing industry innovation includes data factor driven,bottom technology driven,new business model and industrial organization driven,cross industry linkage;the specific path includes:bridging the digital divide by optimizing regional layout,and breaking through the bottleneck of core technologies with industry selection.
