摘要
为了确认城市轨道交通列车车厢内温度是否符合标准、规范要求,验证空调温度控制性能是否正常,研制车厢内温度检测装置。该装置由上位机和下位机组成。上位机用于接收和处理温度数据,以Excel,txt及数据库Access文件形式存储温度数据,并显示温度。下位机为一块集成电路板,用于检测、显示和传输温度数值。检测装置在青岛地铁3号线列车应用,能够实时检测列车车厢内温度,误差为±1℃,可生成车厢内温度曲线,效果良好。
In order to confirm whether the temperature in the carriage of urban rail transit train meets the requirements of standards and specifications and verify whether the temperature control performance of air conditioning is normal,a temperature detection device in the carriage is developed.The device is composed of upper computer and lower computer.The upper computer is used to receive and process the temperature data,store the temperature data in the form of Excel,txt and database Access files,and display the temperature.The lower computer is an integrated circuit board,which is used to detect,display and transmit temperature values.The detection device is applied in the train of Qingdao Metro Line 3.It can detect the temperature in the train carriage in real time with an error of±1℃,and can generate the temperature curve in the carriage with good effect.
