车载面包烤箱内温度场均匀性研究 被引量:4

摘要 衡量高原高寒地区救援车载烤箱质量的关键指标是内部温度场的均匀性。设计了4因素3水平的正交模拟实验,分析了烤箱4个关键参数对温度均匀度的敏感度,得到了最优分布。结果表明:对温度均匀度影响最大的关键参数是进口风速,其次是多孔板开孔高度,布风室宽度与发射率的敏感度较小。使温度场分布最均匀的烤箱结构为:多孔板开孔高度为3.6 mm、布风室宽度为80 mm、进口风速为5 m/s、发射率为0.9,相比原烤箱,沿x,y,z截面的最大温差分别减小了35.0%,50.5%,48.5%,均匀度提高了6.7%,有利于烤箱内食物的均匀受热,对烤箱结构优化具有指导意义。 The uniformity of internal temperature field is the key index to measure the quality of rescue vehicle-mounted oven in plateau region. The orthogonal simulation experiment with 4 factors and 3 levels was designed to analyze the sensitivity of four key parameters on the uniformity of temperature field in vehicle-mounted oven. The results showed that the gas inlet velocity has the greatest influence on the uniformity of temperature field, followed by the opening height of perforated plates, the width of air distribution chamber, the emissivity of inner wall. The optimal level of four key parameters with the most uniform temperature field is as follows: the opening height of perforated plates is 3.6 mm, the width of air distribution chamber is 80 mm, the gas inlet speed is 5 m/s, and the emissivity is 0.9. Compared with the original oven design, the maximum temperature differences along the x, y and z directions are reduced by 35.0%,50.5%,48.5%, respectively. The uniformity of temperature field is increased by 6.7%, which is beneficial to the uniformly heating of food in the oven. This study has significance for the optimization of vehicle-mounted oven structure.
