摘要 断路器是电力系统的重要电气设备,其安全稳定运行对提高电力系统运行的稳定性和安全性具有重要意义。断路器操动机构设计复杂,机械结构配合精度要求高,故障分析难度大。对某换流站500 kV断路器的合后即分故障进行研究。首先分析断路器操动机构动作原理,明确故障发生过程的机械运动关系;其次进行异常操动机构解体检查和测试,发现轴承存在的设计缺陷易导致滚针脱落,从而引发合后即分故障;最后针对设计缺陷提出整改措施,避免同类故障再次发生。 Circuit breakers are important electrical equipment of power system,and their safe and stable operation are of great significance to improve the operation stability and safety of power system.The design of circuit breaker operating mechanism is complex,the coordination accuracy of mechanical structure is high,and the fault analysis is difficult.The closing fault of 500 kV circuit breaker in a converter station is studied.Firstly,the action principle of circuit breaker operating mechanism is analyzed to clarify the mechanical motion relationship in the process of fault occurrence.Secondly,the abnormal operating mechanism is disassembled,inspected and tested.It is found that the design defects of the bearing are easy to cause the needle roller to fall off,resulting in the failure of opening after closing.Finally,rectification measures are proposed for design defects to avoid the recurrence of similar faults.
