Combined Technology of Layered Testing and Layered Oil Production

摘要 为优选分层开采层位,达到增油控水、节能降耗的目的。通过分析国内的分层采油工艺,厘清实施分层采油各油层的压力、产液量资料,存在距离施工时间较长或没有录取过此类资料的情况,造成分层采油工艺的选择存在盲目性。发明了分层测试和分层采油联作工艺技术,利用封隔器、电动可调式开关将施工油井中层间压力差异大、层间干扰矛盾突出的油层分开测试压力、产液量,然后进行分层采油。20余口油井应用,一次成功率100%,单井产油量平均增加2.8 t,单井产水量平均降低6.2 m^(3),百米吨液耗电平均降低0.106 kWh。 in order to optimize the layered production horizon, achieve the purpose of increasing oil and controlling water, saving energy and reducing consumption. Based on the analysis of domestic layered oil production technology, this paper clarifies the reality that the pressure and liquid production data of each oil layer for layered oil production are long from the construction time or such data have not been taken, resulting in blindness in the selection of layered oil production technology, the combined technology of layered testing and layered oil production is invented. The packer and electric adjustable switch are used to separate the oil layers with large pressure difference and prominent interlayer interference contradiction in the construction oil well, test the pressure and liquid production, and then carry out layered oil production. More than 20 oil wells have been applied, the one-time success rate is 100%, the oil production of single well has increased by2.8 tons, the water production of single well has decreased by 6.2 m;and the power consumption of 100 meter ton liquid has decreased by 0.106 k Wh.
