摘要
传统多变功计算方法在计算超临界二氧化碳压缩机多变功时计算不准确甚至不收敛。因此本文基于多变效率定义推导出计算实际气体多变功的多变过程熵方法,通过调用NIST数据库可实现二氧化碳多变功准确计算。与等熵子过程方法、恒定耗散率算法对比,多变过程熵方法在划分子过程更少时可获得准确的计算结果,并且在二氧化碳临界点附近多变过程熵方法计算稳定。同时在压比较低并且多变效率相差不大的情况下,可以用多变过程熵方法计算的整段多变功代替逐级计算的多变功。
The traditional polytropic work calculation algorithms were inaccurate or even did not converge when calculating the polytropic work of supercritical carbon dioxide compressors. Therefore, the polytropic entropy algorithm was derived based on the definition of polytropic efficiency.The precise calculation of carbon dioxide polytropic work could be realized by calling the NIST database. Accurate calculation results could be obtained by the polytropic entropy algorithm when the least sub-processes were used, compared with the isentropic sub-process algorithm and the constant dissipation rate algorithm. Besides, the polytropic entropy algorithm was stable near the critical point of carbon dioxide. At the same time, the multi-stage polytropic work calculated by the polytropic entropy algorithm could be regarded as the sum of every stage polytropic work when the pressure ratio was relatively low and the polytropic efficiency was not much different.
