摘要
通过对二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置在开车过程中合成系统超压进行原因分析,针对开车过程中温度、压力、液位变化情况,提出了处理措施,确保了系统开车期间的平稳,实现了顺利开车。
Through the cause analysis of overpressure in the synthesis system during the start-up of carbon dioxide stripping urea plant,aiming at the changes of temperature,pressure and liquid level during the start-up,the treatment measures are put forward to ensure the stability of the system during the start-up and smooth start-up are realized.
