摘要
介绍了低温甲醇洗装置配套丙烯冷冻站的工艺流程以及原始试车过程出现的问题,通过及时采取解决措施,消除了装置运行隐患,优化了开车方法,实现了装置的长周期、稳定运行。
This paper introduces the process flow of propylene refrigeration station supporting low temperature methanol washing unit and the problems during original commissioning process.By taking timely solving measures,the hidden dangers of unit operation are eliminated,the start-up method is optimized,and the long-term stable operation of the unit is realized.
