摘要
目的了解泰安市岱岳区布鲁氏菌病流行病学特点,为制订防控措施提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学的方法,对2011-2020年泰安市岱岳区布鲁氏菌病发病情况进行分析。结果2011-2020年泰安市岱岳区累计报告布病病例240例,各年度布鲁氏菌病发病率为0.31/10万~3.97/10万,年均发病率为2.42/10万。4-6月份发病所占比重较大,为40.83%(98例)。男性发病率(3.48/10万)高于女性(1.36/10万)(P<0.01),性别比为2.56∶1。20~69岁病例数占全部病例的92.50%(222例)。全部病例中农民所占比重最大,为87.50%(210例)。结论近年来泰安市岱岳区布鲁氏菌病疫情波及范围扩大。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Daiyue district,Taian city,so as to provide scientific basis for strategy of brucellosis control and prevention.Methods The descriptive epidemiology analysis was used on the data of brucellosis incidence from 2011 to 2020.Results A total of 240 brucellosis cases were reported during 2011-2020,and the incidence was0.31/10^(5)-3.97/10^(5),with an average annual incidence of 2.42/10^(5).40.83%(98 cases)occurred during April-June.The male incidence(3.48/10^(5))was significantly higher than that of the female(1.36/10^(5)),and the sex ratio was 2.56∶1.Of all the cases,92.50%(222 cases)aged 20-69,and 87.50%(210 cases)were farmers.Conclusion The area involved by brucellosis spread quickly in recent years in Daiyue district,Taian city.
