摘要
目的研究一种发酵制品(DHF-1)的抗衰老的作用。方法给予秀丽隐杆线虫0.2、0.5、1.0 mg/mL DHF-1样品,通过线虫寿命试验、运动能力试验、生殖能力试验、脂褐素和ROS水平测定,评价了该发酵制品的抗衰老作用。结果研究结果表明,0.5、1.0 mg/mL浓度的发酵制品样品可以有效抑制氧化损伤引起的寿命缩短,恢复线虫的运动能力和繁殖能力,降低由百草枯引起的脂褐素的累积和ROS的升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在试验浓度范围内,该发酵制品可以起到抗衰老的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of the fermentation product(DHF-1) on anti-aging. Methods: 0.2、0.5、1.0 mg/mL DHF-1 samples were given to Caenorhabditis elegans, and the anti-aging effect of the fermentation product was evaluated by nematode life test, exercise ability test, reproductive ability test and determination of lipofuscin and ROS levels. Results: The results showed that 0.5、1.0 mg/mL fermentation product could effectively inhibit the shortening of nematode life caused by oxidative damage, restore the motility and reproductive ability of nematodes, reduce the levels of lipofuscin and ROS caused by paraquat(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: In the range of test concentration, the fermentation product has anti-aging effect.
