高通透耐湿玻璃纤维空气滤纸的制备与性能研究

摘要 利用超临界二氧化碳处理技术对玻璃纤维滤纸进行防水处理,赋予玻璃纤维空气滤纸防水性的同时保留较高的气体通透性。测试结果表明,处理剂对玻璃纤维形成良好的包覆效果,滤纸的强度及挺度得到增强;滤纸经超临界防水处理提升了滤纸过滤效率,过滤阻力及孔径变化不大;防水处理后,滤纸接触角增加至161.4°,达到超疏水效果。 Supercritical carbon dioxide treatment technology was used to treat glass fiber filter paper to make it waterproof while retaining high permeability.The test results showed that the strength and stiffness of filter paper were improved with good coating effect of treating agent for glass fibers.The supercritical waterproof treatment of the filter paper improved the filtration efficiency of the filter paper,while its filtration resistance and pore size had little changes.The contact angle of treated glass fiber air filter paper increased to 161.4°,reaching the level of superhydrophobicity.
