摘要
通过一体在线真空灌注成型工艺在风电叶片主梁和主梁壳体上的应用,从脱泡效果、灌注时间、树脂用量、生产成本等方面与传统灌注方式进行对比,并对管路进行优化,得到了较好制品。结果表明:在线灌注设备,能够减少树脂中气泡体积分数,提高灌注效率和制品的浸润效果,控制树脂含量,最终单支叶片降低成本约2000元。
The integrated on-line vacuum infusion process for manufacturing spars and spar caps of wind turbine blades was compared with the traditional infusion method in terms of deairing effect,infusion time,resin consumption and production cost.In addition,the piping was optimized to obtain better products.The results showed that the on-line infusion equipment can reduce the bubble content in resin,improve the infusion efficiency and the wetting effect in the products and control the resin content,thus reducing the cost of a single blade by about 2000 yuan.
