摘要
对玻纤布滤料的覆膜工艺进行研究,分别考察了覆膜速度、覆膜温度、覆膜压力3种工艺参数对玻纤布覆膜滤料的膜透气性能及覆膜牢度影响。结果显示3种工艺参数对膜透气性能及覆膜牢度都有不同程度的影响;使用350~360℃、7~8 m/min、0.3~0.4 MPa覆膜工艺参数,可获得比较优异的玻纤布覆膜滤料。
The membrane laminating process for glass cloth filter material was studied.The effects of membrane laminating speed,temperature and pressure on the air permeability of membrane and membrane lamination fastness of glass cloth filter material were investigated.The results showed that these three process parameters had different effects on the air permeability and lamination fastness.Using 350℃~360℃,7~8 m/min,0.3~0.4 MPa process parameters could obtain relatively excellent membrane-laminated glass cloth filter material.
