摘要
目的报道神经性厌食合并纵膈气肿的个案情况,加强临床医生对该合并症的认识。方法分析神经性厌食合并纵膈气肿的临床资料,并通过文献检索分析神经性厌食诱发纵膈气肿发病机制。结果本例神经性厌食患者因营养严重不良致肺泡组织结构薄弱,在上呼吸道感染、咳嗽的诱因下,引起肺泡内压力骤然升高,导致肺泡破裂,引起纵膈气肿。结论神经性厌食患者在一定的诱因下可合并纵膈气肿,应引起临床医生的警惕。
Objective To report the case of anorexia nervosa complicated with mediastinal emphysema,and to strengthen clinicians'understanding of this complication.Methods The clinical data of anorexia nervosa complicated with mediastinal emphysema were analyzed,and the pathogenesis of mediastinal emphysema induced by anorexia nervosa was analyzed by literature search.Results This patient with anorexia nervosa has weak alveolar tissue structure due to severe malnutrition.Under the inducement of upper respiratory tract infection and cough,the alveolar pressure increased suddenly,resulting in alveolar rupture and mediastinal emphysema.Conclusions Anorexia nervosa patients are prone to mediastinal emphysema under certain incentives,which should arouse the vigilance of clinicians.
