摘要
目的研究延续性护理对高血压患者治疗依从性的影响,为更好地控制血压提供帮助。方法选取高唐县人民医院2018年2月—2019年3月收治的高血压患者100例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组实施常规护理方式,观察组实施延续性护理。观察比较两组服药依从性比率,血压控制情况及血压达标率。结果观察组服药依从性比率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组血压水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血压控制总达标率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理通过对患者出院之后进行持续性护理,可以纠正患者不良生活习惯,线上干预和反馈机制相结合,能够详细了解患者病情进展,提高患者自我护理能力及服药依从性比率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing on treatment compliance of patients with hypertension,so as to provide help for better control of blood pressure. Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each groups,according to different nursing methods. Routine nursing was implemented in the control group and continuous nursing was implemented in the observation group. The medication compiance ratio,blood pressure control and compliance rate of blood pressure of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The compliance ratio of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total compliance rate of blood pressure in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing could correct the bad living habits of patients through continuous nursing after discharge. The combination of online intervention and feedback mechanism could understand the patient’s disease progress in detail,improve the patient’s self-care ability,and the medication compliance ratio of patients with hypertension,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
