混合二甲苯溴指数和铂钴比色变化的原因分析及应对措施

摘要 通过对装置停运后的再开工初期混合二甲苯过白土前、后溴指数和铂钴比色的变化进行比较,分析白土对产品溴指数和铂钴比色影响的可能原因,得到相对准确的结论,即:在白土比表面积有所下降时,烯烃精制性能降低;装置停运期间白土塔操作参数发生变化,且静置时间长,会使白土颗粒中吸附的物质部分析出。为此提出应对措施,为产品质量的调整提供可靠依据。 Based on the comparison of the changes of bromine index and platinum cobalt colorimetric of mixed xylene before and after treatment by white soil in initial restart after plant shutdown,the possible causes of the influence of white soil on the bromine index and platinum cobalt colorimetric of products were analyzed,and a relatively accurate conclusion was obtained,namely:olefin refining performance was reduced when the specific surface area of white soil ratio decreased;During the shutdown of the device,the operating parameters of the white soil tower changed,and long standing time caused that the adsorbed substances in the clay particles was partially desorbed.At last,the countermeasures were put forward to provide a reliable basis for the adjustment of product quality.
