不同抗氧剂对氨纶纺丝稳定性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 由于氨纶具有优异的拉伸性能,因此广泛应用于织物领域,但其抗老化性能较差,在外界因素影响下易产生黄变且力学性能大幅降低,因此需要添加抗老化剂来提高其耐老化性能。通过添加不同种类的抗氧化剂,从色泽和拉伸性能两个方面来评估受阻酚类、亚磷酸酯类、硫代酯类抗氧化剂对氨纶薄膜及氨纶纤维耐老化性能的影响。结果表明:亚磷酸酯类和硫代酯类抗氧剂对初始颜色的提升效果更明显,而受阻酚类抗氧剂对老化后颜色的改善更优异;添加抗氧剂能提高氨纶薄膜和纤维的初始及老化后的拉伸性能,其中受阻酚类抗氧剂的保护效果更优。综合来看,受阻酚类抗氧剂更利于提高氨纶的抗老化性能,其中U-pack AO-1的提升效果最为明显。 Due to excellent tensile properties,polyurethane is widely applied in the field of fabric,but its anti-aging properties is expected to improve.Due to the influence of external factors,polyurethane is prone to yellowing,moreover the mechanical properties will be greatly reduced.Therefore,anti-aging agents are usually added to improve its aging resistance in the field of industry.In this paper,the effect of blocked phenols,phosphite esters and thioesters on the aging resistance of polyurethane thin film and polyurethane fiber was evaluated from two aspects of color and tensile properties by adding different kinds of antioxidants.The results showed that the initial color was significantly improved after the addition of phosphite ester and thioester antioxidant,while the blocked phenolic antioxidant had better effect on the color after aging.The initial and post-aging tensile properties of polyurethane films and fibers were improved after the addition of antioxidants,and the protective effect of blocked phenolic antioxidants was better.In general,blocked phenolic antioxidants are more conducive to improving the anti-aging properties of polyurethane,and the improvement effect of U-pack AO-1 was the best.
