水热法制备MOF-5及其催化合成聚碳酸丁二醇酯研究

摘要 以Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O为中心金属离子源,对苯二甲酸为有机配体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂,通过水热法成功制备了MOF-5,并研究了对碳酸二苯酯与1,4-丁二醇酯交换反应合成聚碳酸丁二醇酯的催化性能,并与Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O和Zn(OAc)_(2)的催化性能进行了比较,结果表明:在一定条件下,所得聚合物的收率为88.7%,重均分子量为12360,分子量分布指数为1.46,催化效果优于Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O和Zn(OAc)_(2),该配合物对酯交换反应具有良好的催化性能。 Using Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O as the central metal ion source,terephthalic acid as the organic ligand,and N,N-dimethylformamide as the solvent,MOF-5 was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method,and the catalytic performance of this complex on the transesterification of diphenyl carbonate and 1,4-butanediol to synthesize polybutylene carbonate was studied,and was compared with the catalytic performance of Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O and Zn(OAc)_(2).The results showed that under certain conditions,the yield of obtained polymer was 88.7%,the weight average molecular weight was 12360,and the molecular weight distribution index was 1.46.The catalytic effect was better than Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O and Zn(OAc)_(2);The complex had good catalytic performance for the transesterification reaction.
