摘要
印染废水处理是人类面临的重要问题之一。以单宁酸(TA)和壳聚糖(CS)接枝共聚法制备新型疏松型复合纳滤膜。结果表明:该纳滤膜具有明显的疏松多孔结构,具有高于80 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)水通量、优异染料截留率(>89.0%)和较低无机盐渗透(<10.6%)。该纳滤膜对于实现高效分离染料和无机盐具有良好的应用前景。
The printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is one of the important problems.In this paper,a new type of loose composite nanofiltration(NF)membrane was prepared by grafting copolymerization of tannic acid(TA)and chitosan(CS).The results showed that the nanofiltration membrane had obvious loose and porous structure,and its permeation flux was higher than 80 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and it showed excellent dye rejection(>89%)and low inorganic salt permeability(<10.6%).The new NF membrane has good application prospect for realizing efficient separation of dyes and inorganic salts.
