摘要
选取6种市场上常用的环保型低表面处理涂料涂覆于带锈的钢板表面,评价了它们的涂层附着力以及耐酸性、耐碱性、耐水性及耐盐水性,并测试了它们与客车用电泳漆、面漆的配套性。优选出了适合在客车防腐中应用的产品。
Six kinds of environment-friendly surface-tolerant paints were selected and coated on rusty steel plates.The adhesion of the coatings and their resistance to acid,alkali,water,and saline were evaluated.The compatibility of the surfacetolerant paints with electrophoretic paint and topcoat for buses was tested.Some surface-tolerant paints suitable for anticorrosion of buses were screened out.
