变桨轴承螺栓连接建模方法及力学性能研究

摘要 螺栓是风电系统中必要的连接件,对风电变桨轴承的力学性能起着至关重要的作用。以风电变桨轴承中的螺栓连接为研究对象,采用VDI2230准则对单个螺栓连接建立理论数学模型,并进行相应强度计算。采用ANSYS进行有限元建模,提出真实螺纹建模、截面螺纹建模和MPC法建模3种方案对力学性能的影响,并结合理论计算结果进行分析,结果表明,MPC法替代螺纹连接是一种比较准确、可靠的建模方案。运用MPC法研究在预紧力作用和外载荷作用下对风电变桨轴承理想性能的影响,对于风电系统螺栓组连接的强度计算具有工程意义。 Bolts are necessary connectors in wind power systems and have a vital impact on the mechanical properties of wind power pitch bearings.This paper takes the bolt connection in the wind power pitch bearing as the research object,adopts the VDI2230 criterion to establish a theoretical mathematical model of a single bolt connection and calculates the corresponding strength.ANSYS is used for finite element modeling,and the influence of three schemes on mechanical properties of real thread modeling,cross-section thread modeling and MPC modeling are put forward.Combined with theoretical calculation results,it is shown that MPC method is a more accurate and reliable modeling scheme to replace threaded connection.MPC method is used to study the effect of preload and external load on the ideal performance of wind turbine pitch bearing,which has engineering significance for the strength calculation of bolt group connection in wind power system.
