摘要 对三维激光扫描技术在首钢股份2号高炉炉缸破损调查中的应用进行了总结。借助三维激光扫描技术,可以准确记录下破损调查过程中的全数据细节、炉缸侵蚀状态和参数、炉缸侵蚀残砖厚度、炉缸浇注料厚度等,并可以建立三维模型和视频动画,使炉缸内整个侵蚀状态直观、准确、生动地传递给操作者,为高炉后期维护和高炉设计提供依据。相对于人工测量而言,三维激光扫描技术的误差小、准确度高、测量时间短,可实现炉缸内全数据测量。 It is summarized the application of 3D laser scanning technology in investigating the damage of Shougang No.2 BF hearth.3D laser scanning technology can accurately and comprehensively record full data details obtained during investigation,hearth erosion status and parameters,thickness of hearth residual brick after erosion,castable thickness of hearth,etc.It can establish 3D models and video animations to provide the operator with intuitive,accurate and vivid pictures of the entire erosion status in the hearth,and provide a basis facilitating BF maintenance and new design later on.Compared with manual measurement,3D laser scanning technology excels with its less errors,high accuracy,and short measurement time,and it can provide full data measurement for the hearth bricks.
