摘要
目的探讨预见性护理结合赋能健康教育在恶性梗阻性黄疸经肝穿刺胆道引流术的价值。方法将河南大学第一附属医院2020年5月至2021年5月80例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者,按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用预见性护理结合赋能健康教育干预。评估两组监护时间、住院时间、自我护理能力、心理状态、护理满意度、术后并发症情况。结果观察组监护时间、住院时间低于对照组,观察组自我护理能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组62.50%(P<0.001);观察组术后并发症发生率为7.50%,低于对照组35.00%(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理结合赋能健康教育对于恶性梗阻性黄疸PTCD术后患者,可以提高患者的自我护理能力,缩短监护时间和住院时间,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升患者的护理满意度,降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the value of predictive nursing combined with empowering health education in percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD)for malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods 80 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received predictive nursing combined with empowering health education intervention.The monitoring time,hospitalization time,self-nursing ability,psychological state,nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications were evaluated.Results The monitoring time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the self-nursing ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 62.50%of the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%,lower than 35.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with malignant obstructive jaundice after PTCD,predictive nursing combined with empowering health education can improve patients'self-care ability,shorten the monitoring time and hospitalization time,reduce anxiety and depression,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
