摘要
通过分析瘀毒理论的概念渊源与致病特点,从瘀毒理论与子宫腺肌病的理论联系、相关指标联系等角度论述两者的相关性,探讨子宫腺肌病的中医诊疗新思路,指出临证时遵循化瘀解毒治则,创新应用抗肿瘤类药物,兼顾疏肝养肝与培补正气之法,以期改善临床症状,减少疾病复发,进一步发挥中医药治疗子宫腺肌病的特色优势。
By analyzing the origin of the concept and pathogenic characteristics of the stagnation-toxin theory,the paper expounds the connections between the theory and adenomyosis from theoretical correlations between them,and the relevant indexes connections,summarizes the new thinking of TCM diagnosis and treatment for adenomyosis.In clinical treatment,we should follow therapeutic rules of removing stagnation and detoxification,creatively use anti-tumor drugs,take account of the methods of soothing and nourishing the liver,reinforcing healthy Qi,in the hope of improving clinical symptoms,reducing the relapse of disease and further develop characteristic advantages of TCM in the treatment of adenomyosis.
