标准化病人结合翻转课堂教学法在康复护理教学中的应用效果评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨标准化病人结合翻转课堂的教学方法在康复护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取广州新华学院2018级护理专业301名学生作为研究对象,以班级为单位随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用标准化病人结合翻转课堂进行教学,对照组采用传统教学方法。在教学前后对两组学生进行理论知识前测、后测,在理论课结束后1周对两组学生进行标准化病人参与的实操考试。结果试验组和对照组学生的理论知识后测得分均显著高于前测得分(P<0.05)。两组学生的理论知识和实操考试得分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。标准化病人和教师对试验组学生的实操考试评分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生对标准化病人结合翻转课堂在教学和考试中的应用满意度较高,标准化病人对自己参与教学和考试的评价较高。结论采用标准化病人结合翻转课堂教学能显著提高学生的学习兴趣、团队合作能力、自主学习能力和沟通表达能力,达到与传统教学一样的教学效果,标准化病人作为指导者和评估者的规范化培训仍需加强。 Objective To explore the effect of standardized patients combined with flipped classroom in rehabilitation nursing teaching.Methods Three hundred nursing students of grade 2018 in Guangzhou Xinhua University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the class.The students in experimental group were taught by using standardized patients combined with flipped classrooms.And the students in control group were taught by the method of traditional teaching.The scores of theoretical knowledge and practice before and after teaching were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledges in both of the two groups increased significantly after the learning(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on theoretical knowledge and practical examination groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the practical exam scores of the experimental group between standardized patients and teachers(P<0.05).Students highly satisfied with the application of standardized patients combined with flipped classrooms in teaching and examinations.And standardized patients thought highly of the participation in teaching and examinations.Conclusions The use of standardized patients combined with flipped classroom teaching can significantly improve students'learning interest,teamwork ability,independent learning ability and communication skills,which achieves the same teaching effect as traditional teaching.Standardized training for standardized patients as instructors and evaluators remains need to be strengthened.
