摘要 在煤矿井下等特殊场合,传统超声测距系统的脉冲变压器存在火花能量超限风险,难以满足燃爆环境下本质安全的要求。设计基于无变压器驱动的矿用本质安全超声测距系统,实现爆炸性环境下的距离测量。以E524.33测距芯片为核心设计无变压器驱动模块,分析系统测距功能与测距时序,并进行超声测距范围和精度实验。实验表明,超声测距系统可以实现250~2 750 mm的距离测量。证明系统可实现本质安全的位置监测,并应用于煤矿井下的车辆行驶安全预警。 In view of the problems of hidden danger of safety in ordinary reversing auxiliary devices and the influence of harsh environment in coal mines and other special environments, an intrinsically safe ultrasonic ranging system for mining based on transformer-free drive is designed to improve the accuracy of ultrasonic ranging under special conditions. The ultrasonic ranging system is designed, and the transformer-free driving module is designed for the ultrasonic transceiver circuit with E524.33 ranging chip as the core. Analyze the ranging function of the system, and confirm the ranging timing and effective communication. Finally, the accuracy and stability of ultrasonic ranging are tested systematically. The experimental results show that the ultrasonic ranging system can communicate effectively and realize accurate measurement in the range of 250 mm to 2 750 mm. The research proves that the system can realize intrinsically safe position monitoring, and can be applied to early warning of vehicle driving safety in coal mine.
