基于地质大数据工作面智能精准开采关键技术研究 被引量:8

Research on Key Technology of Intelligent Precision Mining Based on Geological Big Data Working Face

摘要 针对当前综采工作面智能化开采系统存在自主适应工作面地质变化条件能力差、无法根据工作面生产条件变化实现精准调控生产工序过程等问题,设计一种基于工作面地质与环境的精准控制模型的综放工作面智能化开采系统,并对其系统架构和关键技术进行阐述和研究分析,该系统能够利用大数据智能分析决策平台实现工作面"三机一架"设备的姿态感知、协同作业及精准控制,最终实现综采工作面智能化安全高效开采的目的。通过在耿村煤矿13200综放工作面得成功应用,结果表明,该智能化开采系统给矿井带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益,同时为综放工作面智能化开采系统的建立提供了技术思路,具有极大的推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problems that the current intelligent mining system of fully mechanized mining face has poor ability to adapt to the geological changes of the working face and can not accurately control the production process according to the changes of the production conditions of the working face, an intelligent mining system of fully mechanized sublevel caving face based on the accurate control model of the geology and environment of the fully mechanized mining face is designed, the system architecture and key technologies are described, studied and analyzed. The system can use the big data intelligent analysis and decision-making platform to realize the attitude perception, cooperative operation and accurate control of "three machines and one machine" equipment in the working face,and finally realize the purpose of intelligent, safe and efficient mining in the fully mechanized mining face. Through the successful application in 13200 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Gengcun coal mine, the results show that the intelligent mining system brings great economic and social benefits to the mine. At the same time, it provides technical ideas for the establishment of intelligent mining system in fully mechanized top coal caving face, and has great popularization and application value.
