摘要
为解决4303工作面110工法无煤柱开采条件下,受上覆近距离自燃煤层、"Y"通风及多源抽采环境影响,采空区存在自然发火的问题,基于瓦斯与火平衡防控的思想,在煤自燃监测预报为基础上,采取了留巷喷浆、压注水溶性胶体、柔模混凝土充填等多源堵漏措施,并应用了采空区注氮、灌注三(两)相泡沫等综合防灭火技术。现场应用表明:以"堵"与"隔氧"相结合的控制措施,使采空区氧化带宽度缩短了70 m,采空区氧化带内CO控制在0.005%以下,工作面及其回风流的空气中未检测到CO,有效防控了采空区遗煤自然发火隐患。
In order to solved the problem of spontaneous combustion in goaf under the condition of no coal pillar mining in 110 working method of 4303 working face,affected by the overlying close spontaneous combustion coal seam,"Y"ventilation and multi-source extraction environment,based on the idea of gas and fire balance prevention and control,on the basis of coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and prediction,multi-source plugging measures such as roadway retaining and shotcreting,water injection soluble colloid,flexible concrete filling,etc.were taken,the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology has been applied in the goaf,nitrogen injection and three(two)foam.The field application showed that the width of oxidation zone in goaf was shortened by 70 m,CO in oxidation zone was controlled below 0.005%and CO was not detected in the air of working face and its return air flow,the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf was effectively prevented and controlled.
