摘要
目的 观察对围手术期颅脑外伤开颅血肿清除加去骨瓣减压术患者实施舒适护理干预的临床效果。方法 本次试验将医院收治的120例颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,采取奇偶数分组标准将其分为两组,各60例,观察组与对照组分别采取舒适护理与常规护理。常规护理的主要内容:监测患者病情变化,包括肢体活动、血压、脉搏以及呼吸等,给予患者饮食护理,为患者机体提供充足营养等;舒适护理的主要内容:为患者营造出良好的护理环境,关注其心理变化,实施促醒护理,引导患者采取适宜的体位等,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 护理前,两组患者Fugl-Meyer评分与改良Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组Fugl-Meyer评分与改良Barthel指数均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颅脑外伤开颅血肿清除加去骨瓣减压术患者围手术期实施舒适护理干预,能够提高术后生活质量,加快患者疾病康复速度,确保治疗安全性,增强患者与疾病作斗争的自信心,提升治疗总有效率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing intervention on perioperative craniotomy hematoma removal and decompression of bone flap. Methods The test will be our hospital 120 cases of craniocerebral injury patients as the research object, take the odd even grouping criteria will be divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group, the observation group and control group respectively take comfort care and routine nursing care. The main contents of routine nursing: monitor the changes of the patient’s condition, including physical activity, blood pressure, pulse and respiration, etc., give the patient dietary care, and provide sufficient nutrition for the patient’s body;the main contents of comfortable nursing: create a good nursing environment for the patient, pay attention to their psychological changes, implement wake-up nursing, guide patients to take appropriate postures, etc., and compare the nursing efiects of the two groups of patients. Results Before nursing, Fugl-Meyer score and modified Barthel index had no significant difierence between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, Fugl-Meyer score and modified Barthel index in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the complication rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comfortable nursing intervention of perioperative craniotomy hematoma removal and decompression of bone flap can improve postoperative quality of life, speed up the speed of disease recovery, ensure the safety of treatment, enhance the confidence of patients fighting against disease, improve the total efiective rate of treatment.
