摘要
目的 探究中医特色疗法治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)3~4期的临床效果及对患者肾功能指标、蛋白水平的影响。方法 选择2017年8月至2020年10月本院收治的200例CKD 3~4期患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规西医治疗,观察组实施中医特色疗法。比较两组的GSRS评分、肾功能指标、蛋白水平、血清胃肠道激素及二氧化碳结合力水平、临床疗效、治疗安全性。结果 治疗后,观察组的GSRS评分、BUN、SCr、UA水平低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的ALB、Hb、TP水平以及治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃泌素、胃动素水平低于对照组,二氧化碳结合力水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论 中医特色疗法治疗CKD 3~4期患者安全有效,可促进患者的临床症状、肾功能改善,提升蛋白水平,调节胃肠道激素水平,具有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM characteristic therapy on stage 3-4 chronic kidney disease(CKD stage) and its influences on renal function indexes and protein levels of patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with stage 3-4 CKD treated in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2020 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with TCM characteristic therapy. The GSRS scores, renal function indexes, protein levels, serum gastrointestinal hormone,carbon dioxide combining power levels, clinical efficacy and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the GSRS scores, BUN, SCr and UA levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of ALB, Hb, TP and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of gastrin and motilin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of carbon dioxide combining power was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion TCM characteristic therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with stage 3-4 CKD. It can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and renal function, improve the protein levels and regulate the gastrointestinal hormone levels. It has high clinical application value.
