摘要
硒是人体必需微量元素,与病毒性疾病发病和传播密切相关。新冠肺炎疫情背景下,硒的提高免疫力、抗病毒作用以及富硒产品、天然富硒地区备受关注。以陕西安康、湖北恩施为例,简要概括了我国富硒产业的发展现状,分析了当前富硒产业面临的政策制度、企业培育、科技支撑、标准体系、产品市场等方面的主要问题,并提出相应的对策建议。
As an essential trace element, selenium is involved in viral infections, virulence and the development of many viral diseases. The effects of improving immunity and antivirus of selenium, enriched-selenium products and natural enriched-selenium areas have been paid much attention under the COVID-19 pandemic. Taking Ankang and Enshi as examples, based on the current situation of enriched-selenium industry, the main problems in policy system, enterprise cultivation, science and technology support, standard system and product market were analyzed, and purposeful countermeasures were put forward in this paper.
