摘要
主要探讨多个零件的数控车数控铣综合加工工艺,以及各零件装配的注意点。如果工艺安排合理,可以减少辅助时间,提高生产效率,加工后的零件尺寸精度和形位公差更易于符合图纸要求。合理的装配还能保证零件的表面质量及整个机构的能动性。
Integrated CNC multiple-parts turning and milling machining process and focus points of assembly of each part were mainly discussed.If the process arrangement is reasonable,the auxiliary time can be reduced,the production efficiency can be improved,and the dimension accuracy and shape and position tolerance of the machined parts a can meet the drawing requirements more easily.Rational assembly can also ensure the surface quality of parts and the mobility of the whole mechanism.
