摘要
直流系统避雷器组伏安特性的差异会使电流分配不均,伏安特性较差的避雷器加速老化,甚至被击穿,引发严重的安全问题。氧化锌阀片均能配组能够有效减小各避雷器柱的伏安特性差异,缓解电流分配不均匀的问题,提高避雷器组保护性能。提出了基于正态分布规律的氧化锌阀片均能配组方法,将能量吸收差异最大的两柱避雷器中吸能差异最大的电阻片对调,并多次迭代,实现避雷器组各避雷器柱的电流不均匀系数最小。通过对64柱每柱54片氧化锌阀片进行配组研究,结果表明,基于正态分布规律的氧化锌阀片均能配组方法能够有效的减小避雷器组的电流不均匀系数,实现能量的均匀分配,提高避雷器组的保护性能。
The difference of V-A characteristics of arrester group in DC system will cause uneven current distribution, the arrester with poor V-A characteristics accelerates aging and even breaks down, which causes serious safety problems. Uniform distribution of ZnO varistors′ energy can effectively reduce the V-A characteristic difference of each arrester column, alleviate the problem of uneven current distribution, and improve the protection performance of the arrester group. A method of uniform distribution of ZnO varistors′ energy based on normal distribution law is proposed. In order to minimize the current non-uniformity coefficient of each arrester column of the arrester group, the resistance piece with the largest energy absorption difference between the two arresters should be adjusted and iterated for many times. A research of 54 blocks of ZnO varistors in each column of 64 columns is implemented, the results show that the ZnO varistors′ energy based on the normal distribution law can effectively reduce the current non-uniformity coefficient of the arrester group, realize the uniform distribution of energy, and improve the protection performance of the arrester group.
