摘要
开发了一种新型循环流化床纯燃煤泥锅炉。设计上采取了针对煤泥燃烧特性的结构,以提高燃烧效率和降低污染物排放。另外,锅炉运行过程中可分时段切换燃料,既节约了原煤的消耗量,又处理了煤矿企业生产的煤泥,并将污染物排放保持在较低的水平。
A new type of mud-coal-fired circulating fluidized bed according to the combustion characteristics of mud-coal is adopted to improve the combustion efficiencv and reduce the emission of pollutants.In addition,the fuel can be switched in different periods during tlie boiler operation,which not only saves the consumption of raw coal,hut also treats the mud-coal produced by coal mining enterpiises,and keeps the pollutant emission at a low level.
