摘要
细胞衰老与增龄性自然衰老和多种衰老相关疾病关系密切。衰老细胞的结构、功能及代谢的异常变化,与细胞自噬活性下降、自噬效应降低及自噬现象改变等密切相关。细胞自噬是人体细胞维持自身平衡、自我稳态和生理常态的主动防御机制之一。本文从人体衰老的炎症、免疫、氧化应激、非酶糖基化机制及不同的衰老学说与细胞自噬的关联性做一综述。
Cellular senescence is closely related to natural aging and disease-related aging.The abnormal changes of structure, function and metabolism of senescent cells are related to the decrease of autophagy activities and effects, and abnormal autophagy phenomenon.Autophagy is one of the active defense mechanisms of cells to maintain their homeostasis and physiological normality.The theories and mechanisms of senescence in inflammation, immunity, oxidative stress and non-enzymatic glycosylation are introduced to illustrate the relevance between the autophagy and the aging.
