摘要
灵活气废热锅炉是灵活焦化生产工艺中必不可少的成套设备,是一种集灵活气蒸汽发生器、预热器、汽包于一体的新型废热锅炉。从国内外研究现状、结构原理等方面介绍灵活气废热锅炉,重点分析灵活气废热锅炉中各设备的内部结构及工作原理,为同类产品设计提供借鉴。
Flexible gas waste heat boiler is essential complete set of equipment,which is a new kind of boiler integrated of active gas steam generator,preheater and drum.In this article,from the aspects of current situation in research and the principles in its structure,flexible gas waste heat boiler was introduced.The inner structure of this boiler and the working principle was emphatically analyzed so as to provide some references for design of the similar equipment.
