摘要
目的分析子宫颈癌筛查被引用最多的40篇SCI文章。方法在科学引文索引(Web of Science)2011年至2021年间检索关键词"子宫颈癌筛查"或"细胞学"和"子宫颈"或"HPV检测",按总被引次数排名,根据出版年份、作者、国家、被引次数、研究类型和研究领域,对排名前40的文章进行进一步分析。结果这40篇论文共被引13380次,中位被引321.5次(范围15~922次)。被引次数最多的论文是Ronco G等的《以HPV为基础的筛查预防浸润性子宫颈癌的疗效:四项欧洲随机对照试验的随访研究》,共被引922次。Lancet Onclogy是发表论文最多、被引用次数最多的期刊。Mark Schiffman和Mark Arbyn是发表高被引论文最多的2位作者。引用最多的是随机对照试验(RCT)和共识类文章,单篇论文平均被引分别为642、464.3次。结论对过去10年子宫颈癌筛查中被引用最多的40篇论文进行文献计量学分析,随机对照试验和指南是最常被引用的类型。
Objective This work aims to analyze the 40 most cited papers in cervical cancer screening.Methods Search on Web of Science using the search terms“cervical cancer screening”or“HPV test”or(“cytology”and“cervical”)or“cervical screening”or“pap smear”to identify all full manuscripts in English language and were ranked by the total number of citations.The top 40 articles are further analyzed by publication year,author,country,citations,type of study and field of study.Results These 40 papers were cited a total of 13,380 times,and the median number of citations was 321.5(ranging from 15 to 922 times).The most cited paper was“Efficacy of HPV-based screening for prevention of invasive cervical cancer:follow-up of four European randomised controlled trials”by Ronco G,with a total citation of 922 times.Lancet oncology is the journal with the most published papers and received most citations.Mark Schiffman and Mark Arbyn are the most cited author.Randomized controlled trial(RCT)and guideline are the most cited type,with 642 and 464.3 citations per paper,respectively.Conclusion We conducted a bibliometric analysis of the 40 most cited papers in cervical cancer in the past 10 years.RCT and guideline were the most cited type.
