摘要
为了保证深度调峰机组长期运行的安全性,以哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司(HTC)200~600 MW等级主力机型的低压末两级长叶片为研究对象,通过对叶片结构的优化设计,在尽可能降低改造成本的前提下,研制了适用于深度调峰机组的系列新型低压长叶片。制定了哈汽公司不同功率等级主力机型深度调峰工况下的叶片改造方案,以应对调峰工况的主要风险。
In order to ensure the long-term operation safety of the deep peak regulation units,the low-pressure last two stage long blades of the main type of Harbin Turbine Company(HTC)units from 200 MW to 600 MW are taken as the research objects and the optimization design of blade structure is conducted.On the premise of reducing the transformation cost as much as possible,a series of new low-pressure long blades that are suitable for deep peak regulation units are studied.The blade transformation scheme for the main type of HTC units with different power levels under the deep peak regulation condition is drawn up,so as to deal with the main risks of the peak regulation condition.
