Study on the Route and Mechanism of Digital Inclusive Finance to Promote Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Entrepreneurship and Innovation

摘要本文基于创业和创新双重视角,运用2011—2019年省域面板数据,构建了乡村振兴发展指数,并探究了数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响。研究发现,数字普惠金融能促进创业和创新,进而推动乡村振兴发展,且在进行一系列稳健性检验后结论仍然成立。数字普惠金融对乡村振兴的影响在指数维度、金融业务、市场化水平以及人力资本水平等方面具有显著的异质性。数字普惠金融的使用深度和数字化程度对乡村振兴发展具有正向促进作用。除货币基金业务外,其他金融业务均促进乡村振兴发展。市场环境的改善、农村人力资本水平的提高,有助于数字普惠金融对乡村振兴发展促进作用的发挥。此外,数字普惠金融对乡村振兴发展的促进作用在发展水平较低的乡村产生了更大的效应。 Based on the dual perspectives of entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper constructs the rural revitalization development index by using the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019, and explores the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization. The study found that, digital inclusive finance can promote entrepreneurship and innovation, and then promote rural revitalization and development. The conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. The impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization has significant heterogeneity in index dimension, financial business, marketization level and human capital level, et. al. The depth and degree of digital inclusive finance play a positive role in promoting rural revitalization. Except for the monetary fund business, other financial businesses promote the revitalization and development of rural areas. The improvement of market environment and the level of rural human capital are more conducive to the role of digital inclusive finance in promoting rural revitalization. In addition, the role of digital inclusive finance in promoting rural revitalization and development has a greater effect in villages with low development level.
