摘要
以一锅法合成一种新型的铁-铜双金属有机骨架(Fe/Cu-MOFs)纳米材料,将其作为荧光猝灭平台,以革兰氏阳性菌-单增李斯特菌和革兰氏阴性菌-副溶血性弧菌为例进行研究,建立一种简单快速的食源性致病菌检测方法。该方法对单增李斯特菌的检出限为1.00×10^(6) CFU/mL,对副溶血性弧菌的检出限为1.00×10^(4) CFU/mL,将该方法应用于基围虾和八爪鱼中单增李斯特菌和副溶血性弧菌的分析,加标回收率为94.4%~111%和89.3%~101%。本方法具有简单、快速、准确的优点,适合革兰氏阳性和阴性菌的分析,具有一定的普适性,在实际样品的分析中具有一定的应用潜力。
A kind of bimetal organic frameworks(Fe/Cu-MOFs)nanomaterial was synthesized by one pot.A simple and rapid method for detection of food-borne pathogens was developed using Fe/Cu-MOFs as a platform for fluorescence quenching,taking the Gram-positive bacteria Listeria monocytogenes and Gram-negative bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus as models.The limit of detection(LOD)for Listeria monocytogenes and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were 1.00×10^(6) CFU/mL and 1.00×10^(4) CFU/mL,respectively.The method was applied to determine Listeria monocytogenes and Vibrio parahaemolyticus bateria in shrimps and octopus with satisfactory recovery of 94.41%~111%and 89.31%~101%.The method is simple,rapid and accurate,holding potential to detect food-borne pathogens in real samples.
