摘要
文章在总结现阶段城市设计研究视角、研究内容、成果形式所面临的困境的基础上,进一步解析了新时期国土空间规划背景下的城市设计内涵,从如何开展专题性城市设计研究及如何加强专题性城市设计与市级国土空间规划的融合两个维度进行探讨,从规划总体要求、规划基础工作、规划编制内容、规划公众参与四部分提出了专题性城市设计与市级国土空间总体规划的融合思路,并以乐山为例进行详细解析,以期加强城市设计与国土空间规划的融合,提升国土空间品质和价值。
The paper concludes the dilemma of urban design in the perspective,content,and product at the present stage,studies the connotation of urban design under the background of territorial spatial plan in the new era,proposes the integration of special urban design and city level territorial spatial master plan from four aspects:general requirements,fundamental work,planning content,and public participation.The method is explained in detail with Leshan city as an example,in order to strengthen the integration of urban design and territorial space plan,as well as improve the quality and value of territorial space.
