摘要
在高质量发展转型阶段,我国经济结构常态化,城市老城区发展的多元需求对有机更新规划提出了新的要求和挑战。面对老城区这一复杂系统,文章首先对有机更新规划研究视角、技术路线、制度保障等困境进行了反思,剖析了当前我国有机更新规划存在的权力结构失衡、资本收益失策、生活诉求失位等问题;其次,引入“社会—空间”理论,阐释了社会核心体系要素—权力、资本、生活的内在联系;最后,揭示了社会体系要素与有机更新规划之间的互动机制,并将该机制引入嘉善老城区实践,提出了城市老城区有机更新的规划框架与策略。
As China’s economy enters high quality transitional stage,old district development has posed multiple needs for organic renewal planning.The paper firstly analyzes the research viewpoint technical route,institutional insurance of organic renewal planning in the face of the complex system of old district,and the problems of organic renewal planning in power structure imbalance,investment return below expectation,unfulfillment of life needs;then it introduces society-space theory and explains the internal connection of core social elements:power,capital,life;finally it reveals the interaction mechanism between social elements and organic renewal planning,and introduces the mechanism in the organic renewal planning of Jiashan old district.
